📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial transactions, including cash handling, bank reconciliations, and expense reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Work closely with managers and owners to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.
• Provide financial advice and support to restaurant managers.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
