🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in a café or coffee shop setting.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor a team.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and café management software.
• Certification in coffee brewing (e.g., SCA, Q Grader) is a plus.
