As a Direct Buyer, you will be responsible for identifying and negotiating with suppliers, managing contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. In this role, you will use industry-standard tools such as SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, and other procurement software to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. You will also have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, both locally and internationally.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Sourcing and procuring direct materials, components, and services for production facilities.
• Identifying and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
• Managing contracts and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
• Ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules.
• Maintaining high-quality standards and working with cross-functional teams to address any issues.
• Using procurement software such as SAP Ariba and Oracle Procurement to streamline processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on direct materials and services.
• Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Strong understanding of procurement software and systems, including SAP Ariba and Oracle Procurement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
