📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop action plans using tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis.
• Train and mentor team members on Lean principles and improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify waste and inefficiencies in processes.
• Utilize Minitab, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to analyze data and drive process improvements.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to productivity, quality, and process performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Lean and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or a similar role.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and other Lean tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Minitab, Excel, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
