📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
• Inspect machinery to identify and diagnose mechanical issues.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
• Use specialized tools and equipment such as hydraulic jacks, torque wrenches, and diagnostic software.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure machinery is ready for daily operations.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and machinery condition.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated with the latest industry standards and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Heavy Machinery Mechanic.
• Proven track record of maintaining and repairing heavy machinery.
• Familiarity with heavy machinery brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Volvo.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical components, and mechanical assemblies.
• Certification in Heavy Machinery Maintenance (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
