📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct repairs and troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Monitor and maintain safety protocols and standards in the workplace.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status using our in-house management system.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Proven experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Certification in at least one of the following: Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), or equivalent.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as SAP, Maximo, or similar maintenance management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
