As Engineering & Design Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of engineers and designers, ensuring that all technical and design aspects of our projects are executed to perfection. You'll work closely with our in-house architects and contractors to bring our vision to life, while also ensuring that our hotels meet all regulatory requirements and industry standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of engineers and designers in the development and implementation of technical and design solutions for our luxury hospitality properties.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all technical and design aspects of our projects are executed to perfection.
• Oversee the technical aspects of construction projects, including structural integrity, mechanical systems, and electrical systems.
• Ensure that all technical and design solutions meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Work closely with our in-house architects to develop innovative and creative design solutions that enhance the guest experience.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed to the highest standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that all deadlines and milestones are met.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the hospitality industry, and incorporate these into our projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering and design, with a focus on hospitality or construction projects.
• Proven track record of successfully leading engineering and design teams.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D Max.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
