📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of loan officers and customer service representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
• Develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to foster trust and collaboration.
• Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular client visits and meetings to assess their financial needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Collaborate with the head office to ensure alignment with Amartha's overall business objectives and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share your insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the branch, including inventory management, cash flow, and compliance with internal policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in microfinance, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of microfinance products and services, including loan origination, risk assessment, and portfolio management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of financial software such as Core Banking System, Loan Management System, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
