You'll work closely with our finance and operations teams, using tools like QuickBooks and Excel to manage our books, prepare financial statements, and handle payroll. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Prepare and process payroll for all employees.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle bank reconciliations and ensure timely deposit of company funds.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Maintain and update financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, including inventory management and cost analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced, restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
