In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting our tax compliance efforts. You will work closely with our finance team to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. This position offers a competitive salary of Rp 3,800,000 - Rp 4,500,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and maintain accurate tax records.
• Support the finance team in analyzing financial data and providing insights for decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and support business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a dynamic business environment.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
