📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and maintenance of wire bonding machines and other semiconductor equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and calibrations to ensure equipment operates at optimal levels.
• Support engineering teams in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Assist in the design and modification of equipment components using CAD software.
• Conduct performance tests and analyze data to improve equipment efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills.
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate or diploma holder in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of wire bonding processes and semiconductor equipment.
• Proficiency in using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Familiarity with MATLAB or other technical computing software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
