🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Nurse or similar role.
• Certification in Clinical Research (e.g., CRA, CRC) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research principles, methodologies, and regulations (e.g., ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).
• Valid nursing license and good standing with the relevant regulatory body.
