📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue project acquisition opportunities in the construction and real estate sector.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform acquisition strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, contractors, and investors.
• Negotiate and close project acquisition deals on behalf of CDCC Builders Inc.
• Leverage industry knowledge and market insights to identify high-potential projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project integration and execution.
• Monitor and report on project acquisition performance and market trends.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in project acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project acquisition, business development, or a similar role in the construction and real estate sector.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing project acquisition deals.
• Strong understanding of the construction and real estate market in Indonesia.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar credential is a plus.
