📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to facilitate their learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
