We are looking for a motivated and experienced Training Officer to join our team at Pearl City Jaya in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our training initiatives align with our organizational goals and objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Work closely with management to align training initiatives with organizational goals,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees during and after training,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training management systems and software,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
