Duta Joko Bakso is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta. This is an immediate opportunity to lead our bakso store and ensure its success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong background in retail management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the bakso store to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Monitor sales and inventory to optimize performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual reports to the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a bakso store or similar food business.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales tracking systems.,Understanding of marketing and customer relationship management.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
