📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor a team of telesales representatives to ensure they meet their sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and use this information to improve our product offerings.,Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our sales efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.,Provide training and support to telesales representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telesales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in telesales or customer service, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
