📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the company's tax operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and tax laws.,Provide strategic advice to the company on tax planning, risk management, and tax efficiency.,Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, including corporate, payroll, and sales tax filings.,Conduct tax audits and investigations, and represent the company in interactions with tax authorities.,Develop and implement tax policies and procedures to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax efficiency.,Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, and advise the company on their potential impact.,Provide training and guidance to junior tax staff on tax laws, regulations, and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax operations, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax planning, risk management, and tax efficiency.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Knowledge of accounting software and tax preparation tools is a plus.
