Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive growth and increase customer acquisition for Australian clients.
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
• Report on campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in performance marketing.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and increasing customer acquisition.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on data.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Australian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
