📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Identifying risks and recommending corrective actions to mitigate those risks.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or CPA).,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
