📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure sales and partnerships.,Provide regular sales reports and presentations to senior management.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance standards.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the mining sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the mining or related industries.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of the mining industry and market dynamics.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field activities.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
