📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily sales operations and ensure targets are met.
  • Manage and train sales teams to achieve optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with sales operations software and tools.
