In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our bakery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and purchases.,Maintain an organized and clean shop environment.,Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.,Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer complaints and issues professionally.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.,Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with using point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
