Silver Camp Unggul is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by managing customer inquiries and providing product information.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.,Maintain and update customer records and sales data in our CRM system.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events as required.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian language.
