📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage all procurement activities, including supplier relationships, cost management, and inventory control.

Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.

Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure that we have the necessary raw materials for production.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in managing supplier relationships and cost management.

Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
