📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement brand ambassador programs to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.,Organize and participate in brand promotion activities, events, and campaigns.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute brand strategies.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
