📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the retail outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure that the store meets sales targets and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.,Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and contribute to the overall success of the store.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the store and attract customers.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment that reflects the brand's image.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the store's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and tools.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
