Crystal Bay Corporindo is seeking a dedicated and professional Waiter to join our team. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in our restaurant and from home, providing flexibility and convenience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and accurately record food and beverage orders.,Deliver food and beverages to the table promptly and professionally.,Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner.,Maintain accurate records of sales and orders.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages when needed.,Perform other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Waiter or in a customer service role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage terminology.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (in-restaurant and remote).,Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
