📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and development.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.,Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to best practices.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement relevant improvements.,Manage departmental budgets and resources, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of departmental operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.,Familiarity with HR practices and policies.,Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
