Byte Gate Group is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Bojonegoro, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Organize training and development programs for employees,Assist in the planning and execution of employee benefits programs,Coordinate with management to address HR needs and concerns

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian
