📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including job posting, screening, and interviewing.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Coordinate with management to ensure that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Support the HR manager in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
