📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage, staff management, and customer service.,Ensuring that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.,Developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to increase customer traffic and sales.,Managing the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Recruiting, training, and supervising staff to ensure high-quality service and a positive work environment.,Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.,Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of food and beverage items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
