📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring cost-effective operations.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.,Handle vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and licensing.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to fleet management.,Provide support and guidance to drivers, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet services with overall business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements for vehicle operations.
