As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about logistics and vehicle management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are aware of their routes and responsibilities.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize costs.,Schedule routine maintenance and repairs for the fleet.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support to the operations team as needed.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and document findings.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a must.,Ability to travel frequently as needed.
