Rejeki Zahra Auto Service is looking for a Distribution Officer to join our team. As a Distribution Officer, you will be responsible for managing the distribution process of our products to ensure they reach our customers on time and in good condition. This role is crucial to maintaining our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process of products from the warehouse to the customers.,Ensure that products are delivered on time and in good condition.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to maintain optimal stock levels.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and update the inventory system accordingly.,Communicate effectively with customers to address any issues or concerns regarding product delivery.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.,Assist in the organization and planning of distribution routes to optimize delivery times and costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for distribution purposes.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
