📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main teller in handling customer transactions and inquiries.,Ensure accurate and efficient processing of deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.,Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a pleasant customer experience.,Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, patient, and professional.,Follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of daily financial reports.,Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a customer service or banking role is preferred but not required.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of financial transactions and banking procedures.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a plus.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
