📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Site Engineer in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and maintenance activities.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or potential hazards.,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, safety logs, and equipment maintenance schedules.,Ensure that all construction activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and site personnel.,Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and resource utilization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Familiarity with local regulations, codes, and standards in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using construction management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
