📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Provide financial analysis and reports to support decision-making processes.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.,Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the financial health of the company.,Provide training and support to junior accountants as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
