📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to established standards and regulations.,Oversee the staffing of the F&B service, including scheduling, training, and performance management.,Maintain accurate records of food and beverage inventory, usage, and costs.,Ensure that the F&B service area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement F&B service strategies and initiatives.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the F&B service area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar F&B service management role.,Strong understanding of F&B operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
