  • Managing and supervising laundry operations to ensure high-quality service.

  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the laundry industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of laundry equipment and processes.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
