📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of bankers to achieve branch targets and goals.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.,Monitor branch performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Lead and participate in branch initiatives and projects to drive growth and innovation.,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the banking industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven track record of achieving branch targets and driving performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.,Experience in using banking software and systems is a plus.
