📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned stores, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure that all stores in the assigned area meet the company's standards for cleanliness, organization, and product display.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Train and develop store managers and staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
