PT Visi Nusantara is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Bantul. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Lead and mentor a team of assistant store managers to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.,Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events within the store.,Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment that reflects the brand's image.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
